Make doubles trailers available in unsupported countries/ダブルストレーラーを未対応国でも使えるように V1.3

ダブルス/HCTトレーラーを未対応の国でも使えるようにするmodです.
制限をはずすだけなので, 道中や配送先で問題がある場合もあります.


変更した点は：

*ダブルストレーラー
-- デンマーク, フィンランド, ドイツ, オランダ, ノルウェー, ポルトガル, スペイン, スウェーデン, これら以外の国でも使用可能になります.

*HCTトレーラー
-- フィンランド, スウェーデン, これら以外の国でも使用可能になります.

この変更はクイックジョブ, フレイト/カーゴマーケット, 外部契約, 外部マーケットすべてに反映されます.


既知の問題点, 留意点など：
*ダブルス/HCTトレーラーが使える国の制限をはずしているだけなので, 道中で「物理的に通れない」ルートがあるかもしれません.
この場合は, ナビで通れるルートを経由地に指定するなどで回避できます.
*上記と関連して, 配送先がダブルス/HCTトレーラーに対応していない国の場合, 「正しく止められない」場所を指定されるかもしれません.
運転テクニックを駆使する, 駐車スキップするなどお好みでどうぞ.
*一般的にダブルス/HCTトレーラーの方が報酬の金額が多めですが, 駐車がイージーしか選べない(バック駐車はなし)ので経験値面ではやや少なくなります.
*Krone Trailer Pack DLC, Feldbinder Trailer Pack DLCに対応しましたが, 作者は当該DLCを持っていないのでDLCをお持ちの方からのフィードバックをお待ちしております. (Ver.1.1)
*Schmitz Cargobull Trailer Pack DLCに対応しましたが, 作者は当該DLCを持っていないのでDLCをお持ちの方からのフィードバックをお待ちしております. (Ver.1.2)
*Kässbohrer Trailer Pack DLCに対応しましたが, 作者は当該DLCを持っていないのでDLCをお持ちの方からのフィードバックをお待ちしております. (Ver.1.3)

This mod allows doubles/HCT trailers to be used in countries that do not support them.
It only removes the restrictions, so there may be problems on the road or at the delivery point.


Changes made are:

*Doubles trailers.
-- Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherland, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, will be available in other countries.

*HCT Trailers.
-- Finland, Sweden, will also be available in other countries.

This change is reflected in all quick jobs, freight/cargo markets, external contracts and external markets.


Known issues, notes etc:
*Because we are only removing the restriction of countries where doubles/HCT trailers can be used, there may be routes along the way that are "physically impassable".
In this case, it is possible to avoid such problems by specifying a passable route as a transit point in the navigation system.
*Related to the above, if the delivery destination is in a country where doubles/HCT trailers are not supported, you may be given a location where you "cannot stop correctly".
Use driving techniques, skip parking, etc. as you wish.
*In general, doubles/HCT trailers are more rewarding, but the experience is a little less because you can only choose easy parking (no back-up parking).
*Krone Trailer Pack DLC, Feldbinder Trailer Pack DLC is supported, but the author does not have the DLC in question, so feedback from DLC owners is welcome. (Ver.1.1)
*Schmitz Cargobull Trailer Pack DLC is supported, but the author does not have the DLC in question, so feedback from DLC owners is welcome. (Ver.1.2)
*Kässbohrer Trailer Pack DLC is supported, but the author does not have the DLC in question, so feedback from DLC owners is welcome. (Ver.1.3)
