But if you just want some puppet warped / head bopping stuff you could try an audio script on some values like the strength of the movement, something like that.
What also might be possible is a change in playback speed when you use a video texture but I haven't tired that yet.
So yeah, it's definitely doable but the outcome might not be as good as you expected.

If the devs are as into "audio responsive" creations as much as they talk about it, I'm sure eventually they will implement the ability to add a BPM matching ability to make it even better.
The only thing I can think of right now, is to take a clue from the ones that flash lights to the beat. Maybe take the coding hints from those, and instead of flashing lights, it moves her head? IDK
I'm a coder myself, but not really into doing this sort of stuff. I'm more in the game scripting and modding arena.
