How to bankrupt all of the strip casinos with a fresh character

It's possible to bankrupt all of the casinos with low luck but for this guide ill be forcing on high luck builds.

When creating a new character make sure you pick luck 8 all of the other stats don't matter at all. Go to the Goodsprings cemetery and pick up the snow globe and then head to the strip. After arriving to the strip pick up the snow globe located on the cocktail lounge floor. Go to the New Vegas medical clinic and buy the luck implant, after buying the luck implant go to Mick & Ralph's and buy the "Naughty nightwear" from Mick and sell stuff that you don't need. After all of that you should be at luck 10 if you're wearing the Naughty nightwear.

Now go to the casino of your choosing and buy some chips. Go to the blackjack tables and use this strategy:

If your cards are <10 keep hitting until youre near 21
If your cards are >10 Double Down
If your cards are 18,19 or 20 Stay
