Intro
Peppino Spaghetti is a rotund, middle-aged, and surprisingly agile Italian chef who is the proprietor of a restaurant named Peppino's Pizza. He maintains his restaurant and prepares food for his (few) customers with the help of his friend and only employee, Gustavo.
Character Creation

Didn't have the foresight to screenshot the character creation screen, so for now, this is the best I've got.

Hairstyle: Combover
Facial Hair: Gunslinger
Apparel
Peppino typically wears a white tank top over a black t-shirt with black pants and boots. Unfortunately I couldn't find any outfits with a black shirt + apron, but the Memphis Kid outfit comes pretty close. Or, if you're looking for something more combat-practical, most leather armors could also look the part. You also won't be able to get a chef's hat either, so the next best thing I could find was the white variant of the Head Wrap.
S.P.E.C.I.A.L
Strength: 8 (Circus Strongman)

Peppino is demonstrably pretty strong, being able to take down his enemies (with the exception of bosses) with a single punch, kick, or headbutt.

Perception: 3 (Squinting Newt)

Peppino is known to occasionally enter a "blind rage" when angry enough. He even throws his own friend Gustavo as a projectile during Pizza Tower's final boss fight.

Endurance: 10 (Unstoppable)

Peppino is EXTREMELY durable. In fact, Peppino cannot die no matter how many times he gets stabbed, beaten, sliced, electrocuted, or shot. The only exception to this is during boss fights, where he is given a health meter.

Charisma: 3 (Creepy Undertaker)

Although he does have some charm to him, Peppino is an anxious, irritable wreck of a man, and not exactly a people-person. As a result, his social skills aren't the greatest.

Intelligence: 5 (Knowledgeable)

It's kind of hard to get a read on how smart Peppino is. He is never really shown to be sharp nor stupid, so I'm just averaging it out on this one.

Agility: 10 (Walks on Water)

Peppino is capable at moving at breakneck speeds, climbing up walls, and jumping infinitely high. Plus, the descriptor for 10 Agility is "Walks on Water", which Peppino can do in his game if you have enough speed built up.

Luck: 1 (13 Pitch-Black Cats)

Peppino doesn't exactly have it very good. He's in crippling debt, his business isn't doing too well, and at one point has his livelihood threatened by a sentient pizza looking to destroy his restaurant.

Gameplay
Behavior
Though Peppino is generally good-spirited, he's certainly no stranger to violence. Usually, if someone or something gets in his way, he won't hesitate to to throw down. He is a good person, but he has a bit of a short fuse and rarely shows mercy to those who threaten him.

Companions
In Pizza Tower, the only real companions Peppino has on his journey are Gustavo, Brick the Rat, and Mr. Stick. However, none of them really have any similarities to any of the New Vegas companions.

It could be possible that he and Boone would get along due to similar experiences in the army. Then again, whether or not Peppino is canonically a war vet is unconfirmed, so take that with a grain of salt.

Peppino might also relate to Cass somewhat, as both their businesses are not doing well. Misery loves company.

Faction/Alignment
Peppino would most likely side with Mr. House, if for no other reason than getting paid for the delivery of the Platinum Chip would finally allow him to attain financial stability for at least a little while.
Closer/Credits
If you have any suggestions or think there's anything I should change/add, let me know in the comments, and I can update the guide accordingly.

That is a good point. So, NCR maybe? Definitely don't see him siding with the Legion nor Yes Man.

Idk about that faction alignment. Not sure how much Peppino would want to work with a giant face at the top of a tower...
