Lizardmen Mechanics and Experiments

Description
This Mod represents several years of experiments with new UI and scripting.

It includes something of a character overhaul for Lord Mazdamundi, several new mechanics for Lizardmen, including an army based sacrifices mechanic, and the ability to cast army wide spells on the campaign map to boost your army in battle.

Also included is a Lord Kroak Legendary Lord.

I owe many thanks to people in the Modding discord, particularly to Rhox for letting me use his vertical scrollbar file as the basis for my changes to the changing of the ways UI and for the scroll bars in the teleportation mechanics for lizardmen.

This mod is highly experimental. It is not balanced, and has no pretension to be. It is entirely done to experiment with adding new UI panels and mechanics.

Explanation of New Features.

Each army has several new buttons.

The first new button triggers a spells panel. In this Panel you can cast spells on this army using the reserves of your winds of magic for temporary effects.

The second button triggers a sacrifices Panel. Here you can use blood sacrifices to generate winds of magic, or in the alternative trigger several different faction targeting ritual effects.

The third button lets you spend sacrifices to spawn blessed units.

The fourth button opens a teleportation window, and lets you spend 100 wom reserve to teleport to any province capital on the map.

The fifth button lets you manipulate the winds of magic strength in the region you are in.

I load into a game, and the mod has no effect other than I cannot recruit any heroes.

So there are a couple of bugs that I need to fix with this, which I will be doing once I am happier with my Teclis mod.

So, most of the UI has been heavily worked on, though I am using a much leaner pack file for a version for Teclis.

In particular, I have settled into using the Colleges of Magic UI rather than the Changing of the Ways UI. I am also strongly considering making a custom twui.xml of the colleges to let me do some more features that the vanilla panel does not let me do.

When I remade the Army Spell and Teleportation UI windows, I fixed some bugs in how certain things were referenced. This lets each respective window properly close when you stop selecting the the respective army. I also finally renamed most of the teleportation rituals so now the locations show up in alphabetical order.

I will probably look to redoing this mod using the teclis version as a base for the new patch. This version has db stuff in it that has been there since before the release of IE.

Ok, fixed the UI buttons showing for other factions at least in a version I have made for Teclis.

So only thing that will bleed in this experiment are the army ritual buttons. Haven't worked out the most effective way to stop that yet.
