Background

Johnny is successful banker living in San Francisco, and he is engaged to his future wife, Lisa. He has a best friend, Mark, and a teenage boy he look after, Denny. Life is good for Johnny but things took a turn for the worse...

Johnny suspects Lisa is betraying him with someone else. Of course he could not suspect any of his best friends like Mark for being involved with Lisa. Right??

But after finding out Lisa and Mark betrayed Johnny, he took off to find pastures anew. He left his job at the bank after the bank betrayed him, didn't keep his promise, and tricked him. Then he set off to Las New Vegas top settle down there. Will Johnny ever find happiness in life? Or will he be betrayed again like last time?
Character Build

S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Stats

Strength (8): Johnny strong man. He can throw TV out his window.

Perception (3): Johnny couldn't tell if his Lisa was betraying him from the get-go.

Endurance (9): Johnny occasionally plays football with Mark at Golden Gate Park. Good workout.

Charisma (7): Johnny is friends with many people. After all, he is your favorite customer. "If a lot of people loved each other, the world would be a better place to live."

Intelligence (5): Johnny is decent but no expert. At least he knows how to save money for the bank and get new clients. (Of course he cannot tell you, it's confidential)

Agility (7): Johnny fit man. Playing football make him no slouch, haha.

Luck (1): Johnny not lucky man. They all betray him, and he fed up with this world!!

Tag Skills

Barter: Johnny's work in the bank should make him good at bartering. He got new clients, the bank used his ideas, and they save a lot of money.

Explosives: Johnny good at throwing grenades football around.

Unarmed: Johnny was able to take Mark down in a hand-to-hand fight, even the armed bad guy, Chris R.

Traits

Good Natured: Johnny is a good man. He would never betray any of his friends and even offers to help.

Hot Blooded: Even though Johnny is nice guy, if people push him to the limit, he will snap.
Gear

Johnny usually dresses in suit jacket and over stuffed pants with two belts. That's kinda hard to find outfit like that in Vegas. I'll improvise with Ulysses' Duster or maybe Formal Wear.

And for weapons, we probably want Power Fists. Any will do. And maybe use grenades as make believe football, hahaha.

Guns on the other hand, well...
Recommended Perks

Johnny is good at playing football, negotiating, and fighting with his hands. The only feasible build to survive the Mojave would probably be some sort of unarmed build with throwing capabilities.

Heave Ho! (Level 2, Strength 5, Explosives 30): Allow for Johnny to throw a football grenade very far.

Rad Child (Level 4, Survival 70): You might need this if you wanna survive Wasteland. Besides, Johnny from New Orleans, or maybe the Great Beyond, hahaha.

Toughness (Level 6, Endurance 5): You probably will need this if you want to wear suit (or light armor) as your main attire. Can take perk twice.

Demolition Expert (Level 6, Explosives 50): Good for making football very effective. Can take perk three times.

Super Slam (Level 8, Strength 6, Melee 45): Knock down any pesky betrayers with ease. That's the idea.

Stonewall (Level 8, Strength 6, Endurance 6): Johnny can't be knocked down, not even Mark could try.

Animal Friend (Level 10, Charisma 6, Survival 45): Johnny very friendly with animals, especially the Doggie at the flower shop. Can take perk twice.

Piercing Strike (Level 12, Unarmed 70): Did I tell you Johnny was pretty good in fight?

Slayer (Level 24, Agility 7, Unarmed 90): Johnny can throw hands...

Learned Perks:

Ranger Takedown: learned by Ranger Andy in Novac.

Scribe Counter: give sexy dress to Lisa Veronica.
Playstyle/Companions

We established that Johnny is good with banking, football, and fighting with fists. So, how does this work for New Vegas?

For starters, Johnny doesn't fight first. He only fight if people betray him (so anyone that fight him first). Johnny will talk to you to reason. When fighting, tackle things up close with fists, or offer to play football with them, hahaha.

You are mostly friendly with animals. Although some may be troubling to you, but that's why Animal Friend perk is your best friend.

That being said, he only fight if provoked. Under no circumstance does he fight defenseless human beings, only nasty betraying Fiends will be the most of Johnny's worries.

Consumption? Johnny doesn't drink... unless it's Battle Brew, hahaha.
"You're right, it tastes good, haha."

Friends

How does Johnny view these companions friends he meet along the way?

"Mark" Boone: Like good friend. Too bad he won't talk about his sex life; it's confidential.

Lisa Veronica: "I was walking over to the 188 Trading Post, and she was just standing there, drinking her coffee. She was so beautiful. And I said 'hi' to her, and that's how we met."
Veronica is like Johnny's new future wife.

"Denny" Raul: Johnny seem to think Raul is dependent on him, as if he can call him "his son." If Raul has any problems, he can come to Johnny, and he will help him. That being said, "let's go eat, huh?"

Rex: "Hi Doggie."

ED-E: Hi Doggie, but not dog, hahaha.

Lily: Remind Johnny so much about Claudette back in San Francisco. I wonder if Johnny should bring up her breast cancer news.

"Peter" Arcade Gannon: "Arcade, you always play doctor with us!"

BUT what about other factions huh?
New California Republic

Johnny has no problem with NCR. After all, he is from San Francisco. The only real problem is when they are using him (Colonel Moore specifically), and they promised him a promotion after all that work sorting out Freeside and dealing with Boomers. I don't think he will ever get it.

"What do you think? They put my ideas into practice..."
"I give you 7 years of my life, and you betray me!!"
Caesar's Legion

Legion don't treat Johnny like good friend. Even make death threat to Lisa, which is no good.

"Caesar is just chicken. Cheep cheep cheep cheep cheep CHEEP!!!"
Mr. House
"You give me Platinum Chip. Give me Chip, NOW!!", yelled Mr. Wiseau.

Johnny has no problem with Mr. House. Yes, he may be arrogant, but at least he acknowledge Johnny's hard work (unlike the bank).

While Mr. House may seem like friend at first, eventually, he want you to kill Brotherhood of Steel. Johnny loves Veronica, so he wouldn't do anything to hurt her family. That being said, Mr. House not good friend after all.
Yes Man

Very friendly with Johnny. He get along with him very well, almost to the point of being his new best friend.
Conclusion
So that about does it for guide on how to be like Tommy Wiseau, haha. If I miss anything, or you like to add something, talk to me and I'll help you.

Because you know what they say, "love is blind."

I'd like to think Veronica doesn't tell Tommy he's a lesbian because she's fascinated by this strange man and wants to see what weird shit he'll say and/or do next (in character for her tbh.)
