Description
Drew McIntyre's first run in WWE kicked off in 2009 with an early endorsement from Mr. McMahon as a future world champion. Dubbed "The Chosen One," McIntyre won the Intercontinental Championship only a few months after his WWE debut.

While not ascending yet to the top of the card, McIntyre remained a force in the WWE midcard for a few years and added a run with the WWE Tag Team titles before joining forces with Heath Slater and Jinder Mahal in 3MB.
