This is my guide for a role-play build for Dennis Reynolds from hit FX sitcom 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia'

-While beefy, he couldn't move him, bro
Perception: 3
- Extremely delusional, despite being able to perceive others personality traits good enough to successfully manipulate them, he often misinterprets their intentions and deludes himself into thinking he's in some sort of alpha dog 1-on-1 sexual battle
Endurance: 4
- Alcoholic, former crack addict, but doesn't eat enough to even it out
Charisma: 8
- Known for being extremely manipulative, usually talking his way out of trouble, and talking other people into it
Intelligence: 7
-Machiavellian and manipulative, but not particularly smart. Smarter than the rest of the gang certainly, but no genius.
Agility: 6
- He can sure stretch in those jean shorts
Luck: 2
-Usually in the wrong place at the wrong time

Perks

Regular

Hunter - Due to his merciless killing of those crows as a teen.
Terrifying presence - Seen in each of his screaming meltdowns
Lead Belly - He is addicted to alcohol and has previously been addicted to Crack

Challenge/Special Perks

None - He wouldn't possibly fill any of the requirements for and challenge perk.

Early Bird - Dennis is known not to sleep very much.

As Dennis is seen in various points of the show to be wearing a buttoned shirt, or a sweater vest, these all match very cleanly with his character

Dean's Tuxedo
reminds me of when he and the gang were getting ready to go to prom

I mean, he ends up in the hospital a couple of times so what can I say

President Kimball's Suit

Camera
Dennis is known to be a bit of a camera aficionado, owning multiple different models and possessing an extensive "home movie" collection.

Assault Carbine
This weapon is similar in appearance to the rifle he and Dee both attempt to buy from the gun store clerk, then the gun show seller and finally the street seller. While he never actually owns one, he holds one a few times and remarks that he likes the way it feels.

9mm pistol or Maria
He is armed on various occasions with a pistol, 'nuff said.

Hatchet
As well as taking one off Charlie in S7E6, it just seems like a weapon he would LOVE.

sledgehammer
As there is no one-handed hammer as seen in "The gang goes Jihad".

Relations

Factions

Yes Man/Independent Vegas
While I believe Dennis' only true allegiance would be to himself, the almost god-like power that would be given to him in controlling the unlimited resources and powerful weaponry of Vegas and House' empire would be his most appealing option.

White Glove Society
Seeing himself as a man of means and worthy of their respect, he would desperately seek to undermine them and ultimately control them, as he does all people who would dare to look at him as lesser or equal as opposed to superior.

Caesars Legion
I think he would admire their subjugation of women and pure dominance and cruelty, but the lack of accessibility to crack, cigarettes, weed or alcohol might land him in some hot water and push him away from siding with them.

Companions

While I think we can all agree that Dennis would desperately pursue all of the female companions out of pure delusional desperation, I think there'd be some interesting variations on his relationships with the rest of the companions

Raul
He would 100% leave Raul for dead.

Veronica
She's what he would initially clock as "Desert Trash" before following her to her bunker anticipating a sexual encounter. He would never cease to pursue her as her backstory would intrigue him so much. It would never work.

Cassidy
Dennis would successfully out-drink Cassidy and then do the thing he does before she knocks him the ♥♥♥♥ out. Just like with Veronica he would pursue her fruitlessly and she might stick around purely out of obligation if he did her quest to "Demonstrate his value"
