There are countless different weapons in MGSV that Snake can develop on his iDroid. You are free to use any weapons, but I consider the weapons below as the 'must-haves'

  • Power fist / Ballistic fist / Zap glove

This would act as Snake's bionic arm.

  • NCR emergency radio

Venom Snake is a highly trained soldier with considerable physical strength, capable of handling various weapons and engaging in hand-to-hand combat.

Venom Snake has endured extreme physical and mental challenges throughout his life, making him resilient to injury and fatigue. His stamina is also close to superhuman.

He's not a very talkative man but he possesses a commanding presence that earns him respect and loyalty from his allies

  • Agility:7
(Or level 8, read "perks")

He is agile and quick on his feet, capable of stealthy movements and precise actions during combat encounters.

Despite facing numerous challenges and dangerous situations, Venom Snake often emerges victorious due to a combination of skill, strategy, and perhaps a bit of luck.

Character Behavior
Venom Snake would be a determined and pragmatic character, focused on achieving his goals with unwavering resolve. He'd adapt quickly to the challenges of the wasteland, making tough decisions based on the situation at hand. Loyalty is key to him, forging strong bonds with allies who share his values. Operating in a morally ambiguous world, he navigates through it with a silent determination, letting his actions speak louder than words.

Companions

  • Rex as DD

  • Boone as Kaz

  • Cass as Quiet
(Requires 50 speech / barter)

  • Arcade or Raul as likeable Non traitor versions of Emmerich

  • ED-E

Feels like Snake would use ED-E, he'd probably rename it "D.B" as in "Diamond Bot"

Factions

  • Boomers

Snake would respect the Boomers' self-sufficiency and technological prowess but be concerned about their isolationism and naivety. While he appreciates their independence, he would see their reluctance to engage with the outside world as a missed opportunity for cooperation.

  • Brotherhood of Steel

Snake would admire the Brotherhood of Steel's technological knowledge and combat prowess but be wary of their isolationist tendencies and rigid beliefs. While recognizing their potential as allies in securing advanced technology, he'd remain cautious of their dogma and the limitations it might impose on cooperation and progress in the wasteland.

  • Caesar's Legion

Snake would despise Caesar's Legion for their brutal methods and authoritarian rule, seeing them as a threat to freedom and individual rights. While recognizing their military discipline, he'd view them as enemies to be opposed and defeated, also Snake would absolutely abhor Caesar's use of slavery, considering it a barbaric practice that violates fundamental principles of freedom and human rights.

  • Followers of the Apocalypse

Snake would respect the Followers of the Apocalypse for their humanitarian efforts and intellectual pursuits. He'd see them as valuable allies in rebuilding society and improving the lives of wastelanders, recognizing all their efforts.

  • Free Economic Zone of New Vegas

Snake would likely appreciate Mr. House's technological advancements and the economic power of the strip. However, he'd be concerned about Mr. House's autocratic rule and the potential implications for individual freedom and the wider wasteland. He'd carefully evaluate the benefits of alignment with them against the risks to his own principles and goals.

  • Great Khans

Snake would see the Great Khans as skilled warriors, appreciating their combat abilities but wary of their reliance on drugs and raiding for survival, also he wouldn't like their allegiance to Caesar's Legion and their chem trade.

  • New California Republic

Snake, with his military background and respect for troops, would cautiously admire the NCR's organized military structure and commitment to stability. However, he'd be wary of their bureaucracy and potential for corruption, evaluating alignment with his own principles and objectives while respecting their democratic values.

  • Powder Gangers

Snake would disdain the Powder Gangers due to their lawless nature. As a soldier who values order and stability, he'd see them as a destabilizing force in the Mojave Wasteland.

Ending (NCR)

Snake, with his experience as a soldier and leader, would choose to support the New California Republic. Recognizing the NCR's dedication to democracy, stability, and the rule of law, Venom Snake would see them as the best option for bringing long-term security and prosperity to the Mojave Wasteland.

Under Snake's leadership, he would work closely with the NCR to ensure a smooth transition of power in New Vegas. His military expertise and strategic thinking would prove invaluable in securing the region against external threats and maintaining order within its borders.

Venom Snake would prioritize rebuilding and strengthening the alliance between the Mojave Wasteland and the NCR, fostering cooperation and mutual benefit between the two regions. He'd work to address the challenges facing the wasteland, such as combating raiders and securing vital resources, while also promoting democratic values and individual freedoms.

With Venom Snake's support, the NCR's presence in the Mojave Wasteland would grow stronger, bringing stability, security, and prosperity to its inhabitants. Together, they'd work towards a future where freedom and democracy prevail, ensuring a better tomorrow for all who call the Mojave Wasteland home.

I thought the ending of Yes-man would suit Snake better. Diamond dogs has always been a semi-fascist isolated organization with a cult of the Boss personality

I think he'd go full outer heave/zanzibar land on the strip.
however one thing really lacking from regular NV is the ability to form a mercenary army/really improve on the whole heading your own faction thing
