Only applicable to 1212
A large MOD that modifies all aspects of ranged units.Greatly improved the user experience and fun of missile units, and made some designs that are more realistic (just in my opinion)Meanwhile, I am doing my best to repair the 1212 Vanilla Unit data

Feature:
  1. Optimized shooting parameters to allow units to shoot freely

  2. Fix 1212 Vanilla Unit incorrect data

  3. Reworked the crossbow balance
    Food chain: Bow → Crossbow → Cavalry → bow
    Subchain:
    Crossbow → Heavy armored infantry
    Bow → Light armor infantry

  4. Added many new missile weapons.
    You can see their data and names on the onscreen,Their data and features have been meticulously design


  5. Unit missile weapon overhaul
    Crossbow:All 1212 crossbow soldiers have been classified and all types of crossbows have different models.

    (They have a long animation delay before shooting. Please deploy some other types of crossbows as fire cover for them,Due to the adjustable windlass, they will have the feature of throwing)

    Bow:The four modes of each bow have been carefully changed.Added more obvious shooting mode UI, Straight , throwing, standard, etc



    Throw mode will be forced to throw at a large Angle, which gives you the freedom to throw or not, which is important because friendly fire will be easy in this MOD
    Straight mode is used against heavy armor units and has a shorter range, while the other arrows are good for restraining the crossbowman
    The range has increased, the rate of fire has increased, and now the archer will leave the crossbowman helpless

    All the new added bow have new models and matching arrows.added 4 new arrows and 2 bolts models.

    Javelins:Added flaming mode to all javelins and greatly enhanced their power. Javelins can now knock down infantry and sometimes even interrupt cavalry charges.

    Gun:The characteristics of firearms have been optimized. Although the range of firearms is far, their accuracy will sharply decrease beyond a certain distance. Firearms can only achieve good killing effects when fired at close range or densely concentrated.optimized the Graphic performance of handgun,More realistic gun smoke, even with sparks.


    Added top tier handgun units:




    mushkert was assigned to Castile
    Flintlock was assigned to HRE and Seljukrum

  6. reskin all the arrows
    They are very prominent. You can even see them without opening the trajectory, which will greatly increase the archer's user experience.

  7. Added the Supply unit
    To replenish ammunition.it can be recruited buildings(like blacksmith military), and Supply Station will exist in all city garrisons.BTW they all have their own independent models.

Attention:
After using this MOD, friendly fire will become a very easy thing. Because arrows don't have eyes! He doesn't know if you're one of us or the enemy!
Now, all missile units will not consider the vicinity of the target and whether there are friendly units in the path of the arrow, they will only aim and shoot at the enemy with one mind.
I recommend you to avoid friendly fire, please do not arrange a unit behind your units that will shoot straight, such as crossbowman, archers in the back row can switch to throwing mode, your archers will try to use the throwing Angle.

This MOD is Gamesaves occupying and you can use it in your old gamesaves, but when you load it for save, your new gamesaves cannot be without it

I'm not sure if this is the submod that's adding them, but in case it is the Trebizond Scholae Palatinae are awesome. The Varangoi have weird floating shields tho

Could you please not only increase the damage from Split ball, but make it to split more, so that it will cover more area? In such way you will return its usability against ground units, but avoid that glitch you described

@Pahot This game is too old and poorly optimized. Perhaps too many arrows fired at the same time will make your computer unable to handle it

@MrLook Sometimes these rolling stones can lead to some bizarre bugs. For instance, on slopes, they might slowly roll downward indefinitely without stopping, and any units they come into contact with get instantly crushed. This glitch turns trebuchet into slaughtering machines.But the damage you mentioned has weakened a lot, I will consider balancing it
