BC-Fix truck lights

Description

A small fix that plays a big role and creates a realistic and comfortable atmosphere for being in the game. The modification corrects a bug in the truck's lighting, when the side lights are displayed as low beam. Works both in single mode and in convoy mode.

Important!
The fix should have priority in the modification manager before modifications to trucks!

@mr.jo88 А от кого NextGen? Там тоже такой баг присутствует? Конечно, если еще где то есть такая проблема, я ее исправлю
