Thanks for the report. I have not heard about this one before. Please open a topic in tie discussions section and upload your savegame there. Please also inform us if you started the savegame on an older version, if you used any cheats, and/or if you discovered any signs of savegame corruption.

So got a bug where after fighting for quite a while, Dol Gundur has sieged Woodsmen village, we razed it, but the ruins can still be accessed. As a matter of fact, I, as an Uruk, can access it and buy stuff from it and do everything you could do in a settlement. And on top of that, Dol Gundur's generals are stuck trying to siege it over and over. On top of that, when walking through the village, I can see my own character, as a lord, and I can do missions for him, and every time he mentions a his faction he says Player Faction. Anyone else has gotten this bug?
