Grants +1 dexterity on new games each time you die

@AvanglonQ I think clearing Act 3 without keys counts as death. I haven't done options because UI is difficult. There's a DexterityMod.dat file on disk in your Slay the Spire directory. If you delete that, it will reset to zero.
