A list of cars that I use that have high quality and extra features such as animations or armors.

All cars are almost up to scale (yes, MUTT is supposed to be a small utility vehicle).
All cars have animated doors/hoods/trunks etc.

Some of cars have armored parts that can be attached.

Cars that come with Autotsar Tuning Atelier mod don't have armor/bullbars in the main vehicle mechanics menu.
Instead, a new option to install these parts using crafting materials is available in Vehicle radial menu (by default - holding V when standing next to the vehicles)

The mods that expand vehicle spawn zones should be on the top of the mod list.
The submods relevant to specific maps (Redstone Raceway) should go under specific map in the list.

The amazing Shark and Cytt's car mod replaces vanilla vehicles with animated models. So it dilutes the car pool of standalone car mods sufficiently to avoid seeing the same cars everywhere. Car wrecks are not introduced by that mod yet, so they are still vanilla.

If you, however, want to get rid of Vanilla vehicles and specifically of car wrecks of vanilla models, you can use the Sandbox option from this mod to disable spawning of Vanilla vehicles and/or wrecks:
