I'm still looking into it, but it seems to be a game bug with the transparent materials.sbc file.

The blocks just have to appear in the menu fort he control to show
Think like the lights on the side of a star destroyer
I though if the LOD mesh could have its glass material changes to an emissive one
The closest LOD remains unchanged then the next one out is slightly emissive then the next is more so
It would be a slightly more realistic window glow effect as in rl windows look much more bright further away
Guess the issue is matching the colour of the emissive to the lights in the room
Could use block color for emissive or there is a mod that lets us change emissive colors of a block
Just thought i would suggest it if its something that interests you
Its so we dont have to fake the glow using lcds or the new light panels
