Does Fort Rock Ridge have its own parking stalls like Fort Redstone? Most maps should just use "military" by convention
That's good news, but I will only get around to it eventually. Not my priority right now, sorry.
Unless he released a new version of his vehicles mod, this mod already does that.
If I ever get around to it, which isn't soon. If anyone takes a look at the mod files, adding them is pretty easy, but I just don't have the means to do so right now.

To be absolutely sure and not waste your time in a game you're currently playing, i highly recommend starting a new one with no zombies and high car spawns to then teleport around using debug and check everything.
