My temporary solution is to simply make a new building/shelf that stores dead Mechanoids and heals their wounds slowly until they can be revived and repaired manually. I'd like to make it a proper released mod, but my current janky ass version is too unstable to be put on the workshop.
There is something better. Get the gestalt engine from reinforced mechanoids, zero humans required at all
