LJS Transport Truck 2023 1.46

With tradition dating back to 1966, the Staveley family bought their first wagon, an 8 wheeler Foden, starting haulage of animal feed, animal hyde, coal and wheat & barley. A couple of years later in 1968 they added a comma maxi load 4 wheeler to their fleet. In 1971 Staveleys bought their first garage in Langcliffe and through the years added to their fleet, building up to 13 wagons in the mid 80’s. After growing up around the family business, HGV’s became a passion of Lee’s, who established LJS Transport in 2002. Today, the company runs an impressive fleet of over 20 modern wagons which haul mainly tarmac, additionally hauling livestock, aggregates, animal feed and grain. LJS now proudly operates the largest privately owned fleet of asphalt walking floors in the UK.
