how to play blackjack, the best money making method of fallout, this also work for "the courier who broke the bank" achievment.

why blackjack?

if the best way to get money, roullete is just a inconsistent joke, dont do that. and slots is really difficult to profit even with 10 luck, so blackjack is the best option. is really not complex as it looks like.

rules

you need to get as close as 21 as possible, but you cant surpass it. so if you get 21 and your enemy 20, you win, if the two draw, no one loses money.

double down

with double down, you double the money you get/lost and put one card, this is good if you have high luck and is at 10-15

hit

you put one card in, this is the same as double down, but you dont double the offer, if a safer way to do it for low luck users.

how to profit/tips

get 1000 chips on any cassino, quick save and offer 200, everytime you win save, everytime you lose, reload. dont do any double downs until you are with 2-3 thousand chips, always offer 200.

how to get more luck

buy naughty nighwear with mick and ralps for +1 luck, and buy the implant at the medical clinic for +1 luck (note that the implant is 2000) and the clothe is 200. use both at the same time to get +2 luck, i'd recommending start with 8 luck on your specials to get 10 luck but if you have 6 or 8 total is fine.

what/how to get banned from cassinoes

getting banned happens when you get a lot of caps in the cassino, this is normal and is a way to prevent players from getting infinite money, but if you get banned from all of the cassinoes you get so much money you wont need for anything more. getting banned will let you do quests and enter the cassino, you only get banned from gambling. the amount of money to get banned is:
15,000 caps for Ultra-Luxe
10,000 caps for The Tops
9,000 caps for Gomorrah.
5,000 caps for Atomic Wrangler
2,000 caps for Vikki and Vance (you need to complete the My Kind of Town quest to gamble there, wait a few days and then say that theres law to the raiders to gamble there.

NOTE: you ONLY need to get banned from the strips cassinoes (ultra luxe, tops, and gomorrah) to get the achievment "the courier who broke the bank" the other ones are just for money and dont have any achievment related to them

how to get money for the luck implant and chips

to get the 200 chips, naughty nighwear and the implant you need 2,400 caps. my tip is to get a stealth boy and steal EVERYTHING from silver rush, then sell to vendotron, crimson caravan and silver rush. with like 30-40 barter you will get way more than you need, but better have more than not have :)
