Stopping Potential

Description
"It's an early work of primitive expression. I'm a little embarrassed at how crude it is. Still, it will smash you..."
-GLaDOS

Starting off as a birthday map for a friend, it evolved into this work of primitive expression. Other than having crushers in there, it was hard to nail exactly what I wanted to do with it. After cutting more than half of it and tweaking it numerous times I finally managed to make a map that won't disappoint. Hopefully you'll like it as much as I do. All feedback is appreciated. Please consider recording a playthrough; it helps a lot.

If you find it too hard to solve, there's a walkthrough. Consider not using it though...

I hope you don't have a problem with loud noises...
Possible side-effects include: thinking out side the box, confusion, depression and death. But the most important thing is to have fun with it.

In short:
Difficulty: Hard
Aim: Crushers
Version: RC2

Make sure to try Rapid Effusion, Diversity Gels, Disrupted Suspension and 3 Gels too!

Very enjoyable, had a lot of fun with it. Have to agree w/Dark Rozen, parts of it looked very familiar. But still...

I say about middling in difficulty but leaning over-easy. First section gave the game away, I think, well solving first section meant the solution to second section comes in realtime as you see it.

Slow down the Hammer work, I can see sub-TV FPS with crusher. Since Portal 2 is old most player expect smooth framerate now, and the middle traverse area is something of yawn-fest; but game is really good so I hope you do a cleaned up version.

I made it through both of them pretty easily, and I must say that the visuals are really good and the lighting is spot on, I also loved the first one a little more than the second, also, I just feel like the first one is a little harder. Def added to my fav levels.

Second chamber saw solution fairly quickly...but for those stumped like me for an hour on the first (actually noclipped past it, did the second part, and came back) there that prevents you from taking the cube into the chamber between the doors. It was SO SIMPLE and obvious, but I managed not to avoid seeing it for quite some time:steamfacepalm:

Very fun, though I'm disapointed that the cube is blocked from going into the startling noise room by an invisable force field instead of a fissler.

Absolutely loved the way the answers were in plain sight, an invisible tutorial straight out of half life 2
