Intro
Kept you waiting, huh?

I have returned with more character builds. This time, we have a bloodthirsty Legion warrior build. Hope you enjoy!

WARNING: This guide will contain unmarked spoilers for New Vegas and its DLCs. You have been warned!
The Build
SPECIAL Stats
Strength - 9
The Raging Bull's greatest weapon is his brute strength. Use it to crush the Caesar's enemies! Grind their bones into dust!
Perception - 6
This is mostly for the Better Criticals perk.
Endurance - 8
The Raging Bull is no glass cannon. Your endurance will keep you alive as you charge into battle headfirst. It will also help with Unarmed and Survival.
Charisma - 1
Charisma is not important to this build, for obvious reasons.
Intelligence - 4
The Raging Bull doesn't need smarts to destroy his opposition in battle.
Luck - 6
The Raging Bull won the genetic lottery, so he's at least a little bit lucky in that regard. Also, this will majorly help with critical hits.

Major Skills
Guns are important to any Wastelander's arsenal. The Raging Bull is no different. Sure, he might not be exceptional at sniping, but that's not his style. A shotgun gibbing your enemies is more like it.
Melee combat is something the Raging Bull excels at, as any proper Legionary should.
Survival is good for healing and crafting food, and later armor.

Minor Skills
Sneak comes in handy when taking the enemy by surprise, as well as scoring crits.
Unarmed has some great weapons in the category that shouldn't be ignored.
Repair is a good general stat for keeping your weapons of war in order.

Traits
Bult to Destroy
This should be obvious. The Raging Bull is a destructive force of nature.
Hot Blooded
In combat, use your anger. It gives you focus, makes you stronger.

Perks
Hunter
Educated
Bloody Mess
Shotgun Surgeon
Toughness
Stonewall
Finesse
Better Criticals
Unstoppable Force
Slayer

Optional
And Stay Back
Sneering Imperialist and/or Fight The Power!
Tribal Wisdom
Cannibal if you want to consume the blood of your enemies.

Playstyle
Crush your enemies with extreme prejudice. Peace was never an option. So, try to pick the violent and destructive options when necessary. Do not help the NCR.

For combat, this build is more or less about getting up close and personal, through melee or with your shotgun/LMG. Do not hesitate, show no mercy.

The beginning might feel like a slog, due to the lack of Legion quests, but it will get better as you progress throughout the main quest. As you regain your strength, you will ally with the Legion, and absolutely destroy any opposition. True to Caesar!

Basically, you're like a barbarian-like warrior who works for the Legion. Think Gregor Clegane/The Mountain that Rides from ASOIAF, Amleth from The Northman, or even Legate Lanius from this game. You're a complete badass. You're also a terrible human being. Cruel and merciless. Don't hesitate about any NCR Civilians becoming "Collateral Damage". This is an Evil playthrough for sure.

Armor
The Armor of the 87th Tribe would be the perfect endgame armor for the build, if it weren't for the fact that to get it, you have to nuke Dry Wells at the end of Lonesome Road, which is Legion territory. Doing this will net you a ton of bad reputation with the Legion. It might not be in-character for a character to nuke his own faction. It's up to you if you really want this armor.

Alternativley, Legion Centurion Armor works well enough, though it isn't as strong or as cool-looking. It still fits the legion aesthetic, and you don't have to nuke the Legion to get it.

If you're into modding, then I might suggest Legion Combat Armor[www.nexusmods.com] by Bayk. It's a really cool looking Legion armor set. There are two versions, a Replacer version that replaces all Legion armor, and a Standalone version that makes the armor unique. I recommend the latter. You can find more info on the mod page.

Weapons
For firearms, shotguns and LMGs are perfect for ripping and tearing. I suggest a Riot Shotgun for your main gun, or the aptly named Light Machine Gun if you prefer heavier weapons.

Another mod to check out is The Raging Bull[www.nexusmods.com] by anonx1987. It adds a badass Legion themed double-barrel shotgun into the game, and it fits the build perfectly. It's also the namesake of this build!

Melee weapons, oh boy. You have a lot of amazing options, and you can't go wrong with many. I think Knock-Knock is a perfect, large Axe for the Barbarian warrior-aesthetic this build's kinda going for. Or, if you really want to gore your enemies to bits, you can't go wrong with a Chainsaw. Also, Gehenna is a good choice if you like swords.

Unarmed weapons are also fitting for this build. I'd go with the Fist of Rawr, but you could also go with one of the unique ballistic fists.

Just want to add that to get the shotgun you have to kill Aurelius and that the armors are found in a box at cottonwood cove (my dumb ass was looking all over) :>

I think if you nuke Legion before you confront Benny you should be able to get the armor and be legion friendly. Otherwise just mod it into the safehouse

You're wise to serve the Legion by choice.
