[RS] Sanguophage Rebalanced

Description
The intention of this mod is to rebalance the sanguophage xenotype.

Changes:

- Increases UV sensitibity to intense
- Adds Night Owl gene from More Genes if the mod is loaded
- Reduced tend quality of Coagulate
- Coagulate now causes Hemostatic Shock

Hemostatic Shock

Hemostatic Shock is a new condition that causes a pawn to be downed for a duration based on the number of wounds tended by Coagulate. The amount of time can be configured in mod settings, or disabled completely.

@Camille_KMS - A matter of opinion, if you don't feel the need to nerf it then don't use the mod.

I felt sanguophages were too easy to get and were too strong, especially the coagulate ability so I made some tweaks for myself and chose to share them.

@shane_357 that will be the case as it modifies the original genotype. If it affected existing pawns then it could interfere with changes people have made to their pawn's xenogerms. It is definitely best experienced on a new save, or use devmode to change the genes of existing pawns

I gave it a shot on my current save, no errors but it doesn't add the new genes to existing sanguophages.

@shane_357 I've had no issues with it so far on a fairly heavy modlist. The gene change is done with an XML patch so as long as no other mods are adding the same or conflicting genes it should be fine. The hemostatic shock hediff is applied as part of the ability effect code and so shouldn't conflict with anything else either.
