This is one of a trio of mods that change the colours of the GPS, job market and world maps in ETS2:

Hauling Mode: All roads are displayed in the bright "explored" colour. Everything roadside is initially displayed as unexplored.

Exploration mode: Behaves like the default SCS scheme, but unexplored roads are a darker shade of the explored colour.

Complete mode: Everything on the map is lit up from the start - roads as well as commercial and industrial areas.
