Description

Revisited Sledgehammer
2 Mods in one (essential for use sledgehammer in PZ with good gameplay) : Check the list of mods to enable or disable what you want.

With this configuration mentioned below, it gives a stressful and uncertain side, even if your skills give a good bonus.

First mod : Craftable Seldgehammer is added

- Skill requiered : MetalWelding = 4
- 30 seconds actions
- 6x hammers
- 4x Metal Bar
- 1x Welding mask (no keep)
- 5x Full complete blow torch
- 5x Packed of rods
- Metalworking mag vol.4 (keep)
- 1 unit lighter/match (keep)
- Sound added




Second Mod : added more rules for Seldgehammer

- Strength skill level 5 required for use sledgehammer

- Bonus is calculate related to skills (metal welding work + wood work + strenght + random luck)

- Metal/Wood Work is not needed , but just much fails if your levels is lower!!

- Endurance and differents stats is consumed for each detroyed object or fails (related to "strength" stats and bonus )

- Possible fails related to Skils, Bonus, random chance and Targeted object

- Dificultades level : objects/doors/Windows(+) / Renforced doors/Renforced Windows(++) / Walls/Fences(+++)

- Destroyed object consumes : Thirst / Fatigue / Wetness / Unhappyness / Health / stat consumes related to fails / success / Skills / Random luck / Targeted Object

- Random Damage to the sledgehammer for each destroyed object related to fails/success and bonus and skills.

- If sledgehammer is destroyed, random chance to definitively lose "destroyed sledgehammer" item.

- During action to destroy, Zombies can hear you at more distance.(replace 20(vanilla) to 60m)

- More time added for "timed action" related to targeted objects with sledgehammer.

- Added sound for fails action stop.




Remember:
keep your sledgehammer in better condition ! (better working) but that work in bad condition all the same. it's very hard to destroye a wall/fence if you have a low level (metal/wood work and your strength) The sledgehammer will need to be repaired quite often depending on your skills and bad luck; During the fails calculation phase, it's possible that the algorithm, at times, either in a phase of repeated failure, or some time, in a phase with fewer failures. it's better to destroye doors. Higher your progress bar, less failures there will be. You will need skill, patience and luck !!

Admin mode retains the original sledgehammer usage.

Work in SP/MP/existingSave/SafeToRemove/NorewriteCode.

Some sandbox options have changed, for those who have set up the old version, perhaps you should recheck your sandbox options.

If you encounter a problem, error, or something unexpected, like a sandbox option not working as it should, let me know and I'll fix it.

UPDATE:

Adds description to sandbox options.

Adds more sandbox options.

Adds a description on the sledgehammer items, everything is summarized in this description.

Added a "say" on the character's head when starting the action destroy with the sledgehammer, this will tell you the level of solidity of the object, and if it will be more or less difficult for you.

In the sandbox options, you can modify each sandbox options independently, several difficulty levels are accessible, the difficult level is slightly more difficult than the old version, otherwise, you can make this mod as you want.

Hi! the code is simple however, if you are isAdmin() or if not isAdmin(), then it must come from something else... as if you were permanently considered as admin, I would do a test to see, I set myself admin , test, then set player, and test again, if it works internally it should work everywhere

Hey, nice mod! I'm using it on my community server. Just one thing that I discovered...
I noticed that you wrote: "Admin mode retains the original sledgehammer usage." I've been testing it with a non-admin account, but it seems like I'm considered an admin because the account was initially set as an admin. Even after using the /setaccesslevel command to demote from admin to player, I still can't play with this mod as a normal player.

@AuD i intentionally disable 'allowdestructionbysledgehammer' to prevent the tool's exploits. If i enable it, will it overwritten by addRulesSledgeHammer (your mod)?

i only use the addRulesSledgeHammer one

@BroDimm you need to activate the destroye action in sandbox options, otherwise this work like vanilla, right click on object to destroye

The English translation is hard to understand, and the formatting style does not match the game.

I suggest using these:
