1.4 version only unlocks all ideology-restricted buildings, since you can now pick styles in vanilla. That's pretty much it. The rest of the description only applies to 1.3 version

1.3 description
Requires Vanilla Textures Expanded - Variations and XML Extensions

Allows you to use all those great ideology building styles with no ideology gamemode by automatically converting them to texture variations

Adds all custom ideology building styles as texture variations using Vanilla Textures Expanded - Variations, and unlocks all ideology-restricted items and buildings. Meant to be used with "No Ideology" mode but can be used with ideology enabled.
- Lets you finally decorate your base using all those great ideology styles in No Ideology mode.
- Styles will also be added alongside built-in variations from VTE-V.
- Most ideology restricted buildings have no function without their ideology, but they make great decorations so there is no reason to prevent them from being buildable.

- ideology styles always take priority over VTE-V variations. If you don't use "No ideology" mode and have an ideology with a selected style, that style will overwrite VTE-V texture variations, including ones converted to VTE-V by this mod.
- VTE-V only works on non-linkable buildings, however this mod can also optionally convert some linkable building styles into separate buildings. For example, you will be able to build steampunk walls or hyeroglyphs walls from Alpha Memes.
- as weapon and apparel styles aren't supported, if you want to select textures for those, check UpsilonSigmaEta's "USE Select Style".
- styles are converted to variations automatically, however ideology-restricted buildings are patched manually, so let me if something isn't unlocked by this mod.

Some options can be found in XML Extensions menu: Options > More Mod Settings > Styles Unleashed:

Also check Vanilla Textures Expanded - Variations settings. They can be found in settings>Vanilla Expanded Framework, there is an option to make variation selection random/sequential, and an option to disable the change texture button. I personally prefer having random texture and no button.

@iSc00t it actually did that in 1.3. But now thats a vanilla feature, you can pick style by selecting the blueprint, and theres a mod that lets you pick style at any time https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2880145066

@test Sorry, this was my fault. I for whatever reason thought this mod unlocked all of the different building styles (for all the building types). Sorry for the bother. >.<

@iSc00t idk I just tried with just ideology and this mod and it works. All it does is unlocks all ideology buildings in ideology tab and ideo-floors and floor coverings in floors tab

Has anyone gotten this to work for 1.4? Doesn't seem to do anything for me (Clean start with just this mod.)

I know that technically vanilla let's us change style, but the Vanilla Expanded way is so much more superior.

@Rusty9 sorry for long wait, I found the issue, the 1.4 changed carpets to a new terrain color chooser template thing. I've updated the mod so those will be unlocked as well

@Rusty9 havent checked in a while but I think it should unlock floors. If not its probably one of the latest game updates, I will check when I can

Can you consider making the floors added with ideology styles (like hex carpet, morbid carpet) unlocked too?

The vanilla feature (unlocking styles through deactivating ideo thing from scenario selection) doesn't quite fully unlocks all in terms of floors (not handy, forces deactivating ideos)

Even with god mode on, there were some floors unable to build. Those floors showed up only when i picked related styles through ideo-tab or menus styles selection which shows up with ideo deactivated game.
