Where to begin
Before we begin the Dead money DLC, we have to start from the beginning. in order to achieve our end result, you must have a luck stat of at least 8 by the time you get to the Sierra Madre casino. it is recommended you make your starting luck stat at least 7 but starting out with a 9 would be even better. (It then can be made 10 by getting the luck implant at the New Vegas medical clinic[fallout.wiki]
Our first stop
This guide is assuming you already have played this DLC or are at least familiar with it.

Our first stop will be the Villa police station which is, fortunately the first place we must go. As soon as you enter the station you will already have access to what we're here for. Walk forwards from the entrance past Dog/God to the hall with jail cells and filing cabinets at the end of it.

Once here, walk to the end of the hall until you're in front of the aforementioned filing cabinets. Look on top of the one on the far right side and grab the weapon repair kit vendor code. This is what we came here for. From here on, proceed as normal.

Our second stop
You have some time to play like usual as Dean's section has nothing mandatory for what we're doing. You should, however, always grab items that can be redeemed for chips such as cigarette cartons.

Once you complete Dean's section, we will be going to recruit Christine. Just like Dog in the police station, the Villa medical clinic that Christine resides in will have what we're after. As soon as you enter the station, look at the desk right in front of you.

Just like last time, there will be a vendor code on the far right side. Grab it and proceed as normal until you complete the Gala event and enter the casino.

OPTIONAL STEPS: Obtain the Coin operator perk[fallout.wiki] from Christine before finishing the DLC. A good time to learn this is when gathered at the fountain

The Sierra Madre snow globe[fallout.wiki] is a hefty payday worth 2000 chips and can be easily grabbed during Fires in the sky[fallout.wiki] or after defeating Elijah

Our final stop
After you get inside the Sierra Madre, turn the power back on as you normally would and immediately head towards one of the blackjack tables on the lower casino floor.

From here you will gamble at the blackjack table until the casino bans you. This requires you to win 10,000 chips. if you have a luck of 8-10 this should be easy.

Returning to the Mojave
Having completed all the steps, you can complete the DLC any way you see fit. when you return to the bunker there will be a small wall-mounted locker in the hallway to your right immediately from the room with the cots and radio. inside there will be chips and a complimentary voucher worth 1000 chips that respawns in the locker every 3 ingame days

With these respawning chips and extra ones you made from gambling and turning in items, you will have an infinite supply for stimpacks and repair kits that can be redeemed from the vending machine in the corner of Elijah's room.
How to get more chips after leaving the Dead money DLC
The respawning vouchers are nice but maybe you want more chips and you can't return to the Madre to gamble without mods. There are multiple ways to obtain more but a simple and effective answer is to start the Old world blues DLC. There is a high spawn rate of cigarette cartons and packs in its various lootable containers as well as an abundance of fission batteries and scrap metal which can be used to craft more chips if you learned the perk from Christine [fallout.wiki]

@ofgems It's extremely rewarding to complete, well worth the headache of learning it so subsequent runs are easier
