Unfortunately, I am not aware of this. Please take the last updated version from my Github and use the mod LRX_Template for additional factions

Any reason why regardless what enemy faction I choose its 95% CSAT?

When the map was published, however, there was still the dependence on Lythium.

Out of curiosity, why does this need Lythium?

The link is to the creator of Liberation RX if you have questions. I'm just porting the LRX-mission to additional maps.
Required mods are listed here (North Takistan, Lythium and CUP Terrains-Core).

is there a mod that i need to get for that? im not finding any dependents or anything on the link you gave me either? or is ace messing it up

This is due to the Revive system (PAR-Revive).
