Ninten can experience asthma attacks from rain, but again only via physical exertion. You can also mitigate this with clothing that protects him from getting wet.
Risk of asthma attack will go down slowly if Ninten is not doing anything at all, and it will reset completely if he skips the night via sleep. When Ninten warns you that his asthma is acting up, stand still if you can and wait until he says he's feeling better. If you need a complete refresh, sleep.
