Adds an Empire faction, The Rimirian Empire.

Unneeded defs removed, 1.3/Ideology updates applied.

Original mod notes (1.2):

Civil war! The empire has been torn asunder! After the collapse of the empire, others started to question their High Stellarch's capability to rule and govern - that gave rise to an all out civil war where the separatists would then crown themselves a new emperor to lead them and restore the empire to its former glory by any means necessary.

NOTE: This mod adds the new Rimirian Empire that seceded from the empire.

Warning: This mod requires "Royalty Empire Rework (Continued)" to work properly.

TurtleShroom I think for the soldiers of either side to match up to each other? It seems more like something you'd normally make have a built-in patch to make it optional rather than set as a dependency tho.
