Royalty Empire Rework Civil War Submod: The Rimirian Empire

Civil war! Thee empire has been torn asunder! After the collapse of thee empire, others started to question their High Stellarch's capability to rule and govern that gave rise to an all out civil war where the separatists would then crown themselves a new emperor to lead them and restore the empire to it's former glory by any means necessary.

NOTE: This mod adds the new Rimirian Empire that seceded from the empire.

The Rimirian's starting relations will start at -100.

Warning: This mod requires either the "Royalty Empire Rework" or "Royalty Empire Rework: Vanilla Weapons" to work properly.
