Empire Tribute Honor Alien Autopatcher

Description
Using Humanoid Alien Races, but the Empire royal tribute collector doesn't give you any honor for your alien prisoners? This mod fixes that.

Race honor values are based on their base market value. Humans are worth $1750 and you get 3 honor for one. A race worth $875, half that amount, is now worth 1.5 honor, and so on. If a race already has an honor value, this mod will not overwrite that. (A Cutebold is still worth 1 honor even though their market value is $1250.)

Why use this mod instead of Balanced Prisoner Tribute Honor? This mod supports all HAR-based races automatically -- no asking or waiting for updates.

This mod should be placed after all race mods in your mod list.

@苍白而蔷薇 Haven't had time to check for compatibility yet. Probably still works in 1.5 -- do you get any exceptions when trying to use it?

Hello! This mod logs an error if no alien races are loaded. It could be tweaked to avoid having users troubleshoot it pointlessly? Thank you
