Byzantium Upadted to 1.11.*

Description
Hi, Welcome to the somewhat updated version of the Byzantium mod made by SirRobin.
A friend asked me to update it, so i did.
It should work fine in version 1.11.* maybe also 1.12.* now?
full credit goes to SirRobin for creating the mod. I just updated it.

I will probably fix the remaining bugs and errors that exits, but i will NOT add new stuff to this mod.
If you are SirRobin and want to update your mod with the updated files from this mod feel free to do so.

I do not know if this mod will work if you have no DLC, it should but please bear in mind i tested it with all DLC enabled.

You can play in Ironman mode to stop you from cheating and reloading but achievements are disabled cause its a mod.

Right i have now updated the mod. Chief of Navy and stuff was all present when i checked and there are only 300+ errors on like localisation and stuff that i didn't touch. So this will probably be the last update i will do unless they roll out another DLC of some sorts cause the mod should work fine.

hi, so i tried using the mod and found that Constantinople was named Istanbul when i started it up

I have updated it now so it doesn't show a warning when using the mod but i didn't change anything.

i loaded a save after i downloaded the mod and i have to say that it gave me the full basic focus tree, if you can someone fix that it would be nice, like having a diction on turning on the focus tree like the mod The Greek Dawn has.
