After The End Fan Fork - Extra Cultural Empires

Description
The After The End Fan Fork team has recently released the 1.2 version for CK2(or the bugfix thereof) before moving development completely onto CK3, and it seems to be the final version for CK2 altogether.

However! There remain a few cultures, especially among the new ones, that still lack their own cultural empires. What if you wanted to try and make a colonial empire for the Basques, only to find out that, unlike the Vietnamese or Hong Konger cultures, they don't have their own cultural empire? Or perhaps you want to play a Brazilian refugee ruler that ends up forming a distinctly more Brazilian empire than allowed in vanilla? Or on a related note, play as a Gaúcho that went north, only to find out they don't have their own empire for some reason? Or maybe, you've got conquered by the Anglish invaders, your court gets filled up by Irish or Scottish immigrants, and you want to take on their heritage, form an empire in their name and kick the Anglish colonists out?

That's where this unofficial submod comes in, as it intends to add cultural empires to MOST of the cultures that lack one in the base ATEFF mod, barring the colonizer ones which have their own counterparts(Anglish, Japanese & Russian, although a case could be made for a Petropavlovskiy Empire), seem to have their own de jure empire(Centrano, Chilango), or some that I just haven't a clue what to do with.(Occidental? Menomex??) The list of cultures that get their own empire in this mod is as follows:
-Basque: Euskal Herri Berria
-Czexan: Czeksas(They qualify for the Texan empire, but I thought this choice added a bit more flavour incase one wants to RP a specifically Czexan realm)
-Texaner: Adelsverein(Same as above, though the localization for it was present in vanilla AtE so I couldn't name it as "Texaner Adelsverein" outright)
-Gaúcho: Gaúcho Empire
-Brasileiro: Northern Brazil, Sovereign States Of
-Baiano: Baiano Empire
-Ribeirinho: Ribeirinho Empire
-Irish: Éire Nua
-Scottish: Alba Nuadh(with plenty of "Nova Nova Scotia" jokes should some Canadian cultures somehow control it)
-Choyero: Choyero Empire
-Northumbrian: New North
-Snakelander: Snakeland
-Nicoyano: Nicoyano Empire
-Mekatelyu: Mekatelyu Empire
-Yaqui: Yaqui Empire
-Altiplanense: Altiplanense Empire
-Abajeño: Abajeño Empire(Not pictured, shares COA with the Bajío kingdom)
-Sham'i: Western Syria
Alongside that, should you want to personally change some of the modfiles, a few of the CEs already have alternative gfx to swap around in the mod's files.

Bugs:
-As I'm on a Russian version of Windows, the applications I have to edit the .csv don't recognize non-English Latin Alphabet letters, so ingame the Gaúcho, Éire, and Abajeño empires are written out as Gaucho, Eire and Abajeno respectively.
-The mod descriptor specifies a picture for the Workshop thumbnail, but it doesn't seem to show up. While not something that affects anything ingame, this technically qualifies as a bug.

No external download links yet if that's what you mean, but unsubscribing from CK2 Workshop addons retains the last version that was released while subscribed

Is there an offline version of this Mod?
