THIS IS NOT A SCENARIO - "Direct Action | Battlefield" is a tuning mod designed to run in conjunction with any of the DA scenario files.

This mod will not do anything if you are not running the official Direct Action Battlefield preset and a Direct Action scenario file. You must be running this mod to play DA Battlefield mode.

Please do not modify and / or re-upload this mission without permission in any form on Steam or elsewhere.

Direct Action Battlefield Setup Instructions:

1. Download any or all the Direct Action scenarios from the Direct Action collection here - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?edit=true&id=2419229981

2. Download the official Direct Action Battlefield mod preset here - https://discord.gg/FY8XZTzaCs

3. Import the mod preset into your ARMA 3 launcher using the import button on the mods tab.

4. Select a Direct Action scenario from the Scenarios menu (SP) or host a server (MP).

5. Mission will automatically configure itself into Battlefield mode.

*** IMPORTANT INFO ***

- Direct action is a multiplayer only scenario. It will not appear in "Scenarios". To play solo, host a local multiplayer server, select the map you want to play and adjust mission parameters as required.

*** MULTIPLAYER SAVING***

- You MUST be running the @Inidbi2 database mod on the dedi server or local host.
- Saving happens automatically in the background. The in game save button has nothing to do with the save system in DA.
- Your server / game client MUST be in 64bit mode.
- If on a dedicated server, @inidbi2 should be loaded in -servermod, not -mod.
- If @INIDBI2 doesn’t work, manually move the mod folder to ARMA 3 root directory and run from there.
- Connected clients DO NOT need to run @inidbi2. Just the server / host.
