Image Overlay Renewal 1.9.1

Description

Overview
    Overlay images on top of the map, allowing you to replicate real city.



New in version 1.9.1
  • Updated mod common.
  • Updated localization.


Directions:
  • Keep your image resolution below 15000x15000px (recommended).
  • Save your image format as PNG.
  • Place your modified image in the "[Steam directory]\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\Files\" .
  • Enter the game Manager to enable the mod.
  • Use Control + I (default key) to open the Control Panel and adjust your image parameters.

Recommended map making related website:
  • terrain.party[terrain.party]
    The site is no longer able to generate terrain elevation maps, but you can still download 81 grids of latitude and longitude, which can be used to download satellite maps.
  • Heightmap[heightmap.skydark.pl]
    This site, where you can download height maps. Probably the only available grayscale rendering site in existence.
  • Google Map Customizer[www.chengfolio.com]
    The site is available for satellite download.

Followup: It's Skyve that's the problem not overlay. The mod works fine but Skyve is corrupting maps in the editor. >.<

Does this work with the map editor? Because it's literally the only thing I have enabled besides it's dependencies and Skyve (all assets are turned off), and I'm still having issues creating brand new maps with this (when trying to play/test them).
