Increased Abandons (Minor Boost)

This tuning pack increases the likelihood of nearly every single vehicle being abandoned on death to 15% (roughly three times the base likelihood of less than 5%).

Nothing else has been changed.

There are two other versions of this tuning pack, one for PVP where most vehicles decrew at an 80% rate (but not light vehicles and rocket artillery) as well as USF Crit Repair being nerfed to cost 85 munitions, and one for PVE where ALL vehicles decrew at an 80% rate, even the SWS halftrack.
