Description
U.N.I.T. Shenzhen Bay

Complex based on a real project:
Urban populations are increasing at an unprecedented speed.
Consequently, density’s growth is inevitable.
The living space has to be extruded from the ground up in order to satisfy the need of dwelling area.
For these reasons, china has conducted the "shenzhen bay super city competition".
In reaction to the brief, the local architects of U.N.I.T. (Urban New Idea Team) have imagined each skyscraper as an isolated island, connected by a superposed sky street at a height of 150 meters to liberate the ground floor and bring nature into the complex.
This project was not selected by the selection committee.

Project adapted for CitiesSkylines, and commissionned by Rake.

NOTE
Due to the imposing size of the building, depending on the movements of the camera:
- sometimes some parts of the building may disappear.
- in night mode, there is a little shift in illumination level between the right and left part.
"Procedural Object" (PO) mod cannot be used with this asset.

The towers share the same texture files, using the mod "Loading Screen Mod" is highly recommended !!

Contain all texture and LOD files, no color change

- 3 SUB (group 4 lefts building, group 3 right buildings, glass around building)

基于真实项目的复杂:

城市人口正以前所未有的速度增长。

因此,密度的增长是不可避免的。

居住空间必须从地面向上挤压,以满足居住面积的需要。

因此,中国举办了“深圳湾超级城市大赛”。

为了回应这个简要,联合国新想法团队(Urban New Idea Team)的当地建筑师将每一座摩天大楼想象成一个孤立的岛屿,通过150米高的空中街道连接起来,解放底层,将自然带入综合体。

这个项目没有被选拔委员会选中。

@tora: due to the strucure of the asset, you can't import the totality of the building with PO, some part are missing (sub-meshes)

Hello, one question: when you say PO canot be used with this asset, do you mean PO cannot edit it, or that they are incompatible and cannot run together? Thank you!
