Modular Piers - Stand-alone pier pack

Description
Made for bsquiklehausen's Presidio Bay series.

Ever wanted piers like San Francisco in your city? Then this pack is for you! It's a set of decorative but modular assets, which lets you create a unique waterfront! All buildings are found in the Ship category and can be mixed and matched as you'd like.

This little pack contains some stand-alone pier pieces to fill in any gabs or create your very own piers. They share textures with the piers on the warehouses, so have minimal impact on RAM usage if you have those buildings as well. Keep in mind that they have a fairly high tris count though for their size (all the beams :P).

Model
Tris: 3820 / 3052 / 44
Texture: 1024x512 (shared)

LOD
Tris: 100 / 100 / 32
Texture: 128x128 (shared)

Even just a prop of the piles + guard board to fill in places like this would be amazing. https://puu.sh/IQsDs/e8ca85b64e.png

I love these pieces so much, but they're huge which makes them a little tricky to work with. I'd kill for a couple small pieces, like a square corner piece.

I love these- i've been using them alongside your stone quays for my beachfront to separate the "boardwalk" road from the actual (park area) beach- they're really great for covering up those little terrain deformations that quays sometimes have issues with.

Wow Avanya, what a great set this is. I love coastal cities and tried to make variation in my harbor fronts. This set is soooo welcome to do that even better :)
