新增CSUR路网以全面替代原地图土路，1：1比例完全模拟现实城市（安庆）路网。

该地图路网建设规模庞大，可玩度极高，需订阅CSUR模组全套，订阅者请根据电脑配置酌情订阅；

以及根据自身爱好，酌情订阅81格或25格mod或不订阅地图扩展mod畅玩地图。
