Description

CSUR ToolBox Re-write the whole road system in Cities Skylines to support CSUR2.0

Main features:

1. Provide a UI panel which makes it easy to find CSUR roads
2. Make it much easier to select roads with offsets on the map by clicking on road models instead of clicking on their center lines.
3. Pillars will be adjusted to the offsets when you are building elevated CSUR roads with offsets.
4. Smooth lane shifts
5. Disable CSUR Shift Ramp Transition and Express Road Zone
6. Call TMPE stayinlane laneconnector for complex CSUR node

(Only support TMPE(ID:1637663252 or 1806963141), and you can only sub one of them)
(Confict with NS1, you can use NS2 instead)

CSUR Road Bug fixes:

1. Fixed lack of available lanes in some CSUR 8DR (and more lanes) roads as outside connections.
2. Fixed cims stopping on the intersections when directly connecting double-direction roads with different numbers of lanes. (e.g. 6DR & 8DR)
3. Fixed lack of lane connectors when using TM:PE.
4. Fix some too large junctions
5. Fix CSUR road zone align issue
6. Remove traffic light for complex csur node and fix pedestrian cross issue.

Localization
This mod offers support for internationalization and heavily depends on people willing to contribute. The language is automatically determined based on your settings in "Options" -> "Gameplay".

CSURToolBox是CSUR Reborn的重要辅助工具合集。主要有下面4个功能。
1. 提供一个UI辅助快速选择CSUR道路
2. 往游戏中加入了CSUR的偏移量，更方便选中道路（点选实际路面选中CSUR偏移路）
3. CSUR偏移路桥墩自动偏移
4. 车道平滑偏移
5. 去除 CSUR Shift Ramp Transition and Express道路的Zone
6. 调用TMPE laneconnector对复杂CSUR路口划线

(只支持1637663252 1806963141 2个工坊ID号的TMPE, 而且只能订阅其中1个)
(和NS1冲突，可以用NS2代替)

其余一些CSUR路BUG的修复:
1. 当CSUR 8DR以上路作为地图出入口时，部分出入口只能用1个车道。
2. CSUR大路直接互相直连时，居民会停在直连路口。
3. 修复了TMPE道路连线时，无法读取部分CSUR路的车道连接点的问题。
4. 修复了一些巨大的路口
5. 解决了CSUR路zone不对齐的问题
6. 去掉CSUR复杂路口红绿灯，并解决了行人横穿马路的问题。
7. 差异化的区分了CSUR路的默认限速和道路建设价格
