2 You can use "Move It" to change their position, height and direction.

3 ※ You can use "Procedural Objects" to reshape them.

4 ※ You can use "Prop Line Tool" to arrange n billboards in a line.

5 If you still want to see these billboards clearly from a long distance in game, please use "Ultimate Level Of Detail" and adjust the parametre of "Prop LOD Distance".
