Description
Hiroshi Hase began his pro wrestling career in 1986 after competing in the 1984 Summer Olympics in Greco-Roman wrestling.

Hase spent nearly a decade with NJPW, winning the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship twice and the IWGP Tag Team titles four times.

He made several appearances for WCW while working for NJPW, winning the WCW International World Heavyweight Title from Rick Rude in 1994.

Hase joined AJPW in 1997, but he began transitioning into politics shortly after. He wrestled part-time for AJPW for several years and became a founding member of BATT.
