Never thought of that. But that would make Meltdown far more useful.
Can't say I've ever played focusing on pure stealth. The secret of a stealth build is to enhance crit chance and damage, prolong stealth boy effectiveness, etc.
Though, if you use "The Professional" perk, get the assassin suit in Dead Money, and utilize Lily's "Stealth Girl" companion perk, you can pretty easily combine everything in this energy build and use it in a powerful stealth build. You really don't need stealth with a Gauss. The Professional perk makes the MF Breeder Alpha dish out 20% more damage in crits, so that might be good for stealth attacks.
