Artifact Of Choice

Description
A mod based on the item Artifact of Command from Risk of Rain. When you acquire a combat reward or purchase an item from the shop, you may replace the item with another from the same tier and color. Some configurations are available. This mod isn't balanced (like not remotely). Why replay the same game over and over until you finally get the perfect build, when you can get the perfect build every game!


Credit to Bug Kiooeht for making the Hubris mod (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1609159603) from which I adapted the backtick relic's selection UI.

Corrupt the Spire's relics when chosen open the Event relics screen, which does not contain them.

Hey all. I haven't looked at this mod in like a year, but I happened to check it out again today and I see that there are some comments about bugs. I do remember there being a few issues I wanted to squash before I set this down, but it's also possible that new issues have arisen too since this game has been updated. I'm not sure if I'll have the time and energy to revisit this in the immediate future given what I've got going on in my life, but I'd like to come back and smooth out the bugs at some point before too long. Until then, apologies if your runs are cut short due to progress blocking UI and thanks for checking this mod out.

It'd be great to have the option in the config to switch off part of the mod, like the cards selection, aside from that it's kinda fun, though a bit messy when you have many characters mods like I do.

No matter what settings I use, any time a boss drop occurs it simply won't let me select any of them and I'm forced to skip the reward entirely. Kind of makes the whole mod pointless.

Could we please have a version of this but with just relic choice,the card choice does mot seem to wank to work too well for me.

Sometimes the card you select does not get added to the deck. At one point, the card selection just bugged out altogether and I had to restart the game. For the first one, was playing an Ironclad game, selected a card from the list on the first boss (demon form), and got nothing from it.
