Warmer Power Armour

Description
Changes the thermal protection value of Power Armour to 120. Basically makes Power Armour viable on very cold maps using XPatching instead of Def editing.

I don't see how since this edits the armor values and not performance? I also have no idea how to fix it?

Should work with 1.4 give it a go and let me know in the bug reports discussion if there is anything weird. Also applied the stuff to the mechlord equipment since it's suppose to be power amour as well?
