Tiberium Spread Mechanic 0.2.0

Description
Tiberium is a crystal that suck up minerals and nutrients from the ground like a sponge. They alter the terrain and make it inhospitable for carbon-based life. This is represented in game via terrain province and state modifiers. Read more about the modifiers on our wiki here[github.com]

At the moment there are no way of removing the Tiberium.

About
Tiberium Spread Mechanic are a open source tiberium spread system built to be exported used and easily implemented to other mods. The mod works out of the box with the vanilla base game but might need some minor adjustments when used with mods changing UI and Province ID’s.

A Command and Conquer Mod
Regarding GDI and NOD, Tiberium Dawn, Tiberium Sun or Tiberium Wars it will be release in a separate mod currently named A Tiberium World. As for questions regarding development and contributions to the project visit our discord or our github project.

The ui have been changed since the last expansion so it needs to be remade.

Project paused a dlc came out that forced me to remake it and that would make the mod maintatinence intencive.
The tib spread system tho is updated as soon as i get to it.
