Description
This is a move for use with the Chain Wrestling component of Carlzilla's Mod Pack.

It's a transition from a grounded Stepover Armbreaker into a Cross Armbreaker. From here this move is also compatible with chains into other moves based on the Cross Armbreaker (such as suneeds CAB Chain moves)
