Description
This collection includes mods that are (in my opinion) ideal for a thing I like to call "Half-Life 2: Halo Edition". It essentially uses various mods that would allow players to play HL2 as if Master Chief (or another Spartan) is taking the place of Gordon Freeman. None of these mods are mine, and I would recommend that you check out the creators of these mods for more of their content. Some of them do a lot more than just Halo! Here is the ideal setup for weapon replacements available in Vuthakral's Halo Weapon Collection and Lore Expansion Weapons.

AR2 Pulse Rifle - Assault Rifle (MA37, MA5B, MA5C, or MA5D)
9mm Pistol - Magnum (M6C, M6C/SOCOM, M6D, or M6G)
SMG - M7 or M7S SMG
RPG - SPNKr Rocket Launcher
Shotgun - M45, M45D, M90 Mk I, M90 Mk II, or M90A CAWS
Crossbow - Sniper Rifle (SRS99AM, SRS99C, or SRS99D)
Stun Stick - Energy Daggers
Grenade - None at this time...
Crowbar - None Recommended
.357 Magnum - None at this time...
Gravity Gun - None Recommended
Bugbait - None Recommended

Of course, this is just a recommended replacement for each weapon in HL2, but mixing and matching based on player preference is usually the way to go. Have fun!
