After Update 1.09 all weapons get much more damage from shooting.
This mod reduce the damage from weapons while shooting.
Smillar like before the patch.

Tested on all guns from my WeaponPack and on all vanilla Guns.
Should be work for all modded guns with vanilla ammo but i cant give a guarantee for this.
In case it does not work, contact the creator from this mod.
I cant support other mods.
