How to remove the Johnny Guitar song from your game/

1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data\Sound\songs\radionv in File Explorer.

2. Find MUS_Johnny_Guitar.mp3, and delete it.

The curse of Johnny Guitar is gone from your game, and you'll die happy that you will never hear it again.
